Job Title: Telecaller – Wedding Photography Company
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Telecaller to join our wedding photography company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, following up on inquiries, explaining our photography services and packages, and helping convert leads into bookings.
The role involves making outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments for consultations, maintaining accurate records of leads, and building positive relationships with prospective clients. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to persuade customers while providing outstanding service.
Candidates should be fluent in Hindi, with basic English communication being an added advantage. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Basic computer skills and the ability to manage customer information are required.
