Any Bachelor's degree

1-2 yrs of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales/Lead generation.

Team handling experience, preferably in a recruitment consultancy.

Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of CRM and lead generation tools.

Lead and mentor the Business Development team.

Generate new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.

Identify business opportunities across IT, Corporate, Universities, Colleges, and other industries.

Schedule client meetings, present recruitment solutions, and close deals.

Build strong client relationships and coordinate with the recruitment team.

Track sales performance, maintain CRM, and identify new market opportunities.
