JK Lucent is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Test Analyst to join our team in Infopark Koratty. The successful candidate will bring 3 to 6 years of experience in software testing and a strong understanding of quality assurance best practices. This role requires a proactive approach to testing, a focus on continuous improvement, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within Agile Scrum team

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end System Testing and System Integration Testing to validate workflows and system dependencies.
Perform API Testing using tools such as Postman and SoapUI to ensure effective integrations and robust back-end services.
Carry out UI Testing on various devices and browsers using Browser Stack to confirm optimal user experience.
Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases aligned with project requirements, and meticulously document test results.
Collaborate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet business and user requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support defect management throughout the testing lifecycle.
Work within an Agile Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to align testing goals with project deliverables.
Use JIRA and Confluence for test management, issue tracking, and documentation to maintain a centralized and transparent record of project progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in software testing with a strong foundation in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).
Proven experience in manual testing and familiarity with automated testing methodologies.
Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
Knowledge of Agile principles and practices; experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.
