## About the Role :-
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to develop, customize, maintain, and optimize business applications using the Odoo framework. The candidate will work on modules related to sales, purchase, inventory, delivery, HR, accounting, customer management, and third-party integrations.
## Key Responsibilities :-
* Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
* Maintain and enhance existing Odoo applications and workflows.
* Work with Odoo models, views, menus, actions, security rules, and scheduled actions.
* Customize modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, HR, Attendance, and Delivery.
* Develop REST APIs and integrate Odoo with mobile applications and external platforms.
* Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, delivery partners, Firebase, WhatsApp, and other APIs.
* Create and modify reports, dashboards, forms, tree views, and QWeb templates.
* Debug and resolve functional, server-side, database, and performance-related issues.
* Write optimized PostgreSQL queries for reporting, migration, and data analysis.
* Handle module installation, upgrades, deployment, and database migration.
* Work with functional teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
* Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards.
## Required Skills :-
* 1–3 years of hands-on Odoo development experience.
* Strong knowledge of Python and the Odoo framework.
* Experience with Odoo models, ORM, XML views, access controls, record rules, and workflows.
* Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
* Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
* Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and QWeb.
* Understanding of Odoo module structure and development best practices.
* Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
* Familiarity with Linux servers and basic deployment processes.
* Ability to identify and fix Odoo server errors and performance issues.
## Preferred Skills :-
* Experience working with Odoo 14 or later versions.
* Knowledge of sales, purchase, inventory, accounting, HR, attendance, and delivery workflows.
* Experience integrating Odoo with Flutter or other mobile applications.
* Familiarity with AWS, Ubuntu, Nginx, PostgreSQL backups, and database restoration.
* Experience with payment gateway and logistics integrations.
* Knowledge of cron jobs, webhooks, controllers, and automated actions.
* Experience developing dashboards and business reports.
* Understanding of e-commerce, retail, quick-commerce, or logistics operations.
