We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Computer Embroidery Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating embroidery punch files, developing embroidery designs, and working closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure high-quality execution for export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create embroidery punch files for computerized embroidery machines.
- Develop new embroidery designs based on buyer briefs, artwork, and market trends.
- Convert artwork into machine-readable embroidery files.
- Optimize embroidery designs for efficient production while maintaining quality.
- Select suitable stitch types, densities, underlays, and thread sequences.
- Coordinate with the merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure timely sample development.
- Troubleshoot embroidery design issues during sampling and production.
- Modify existing embroidery designs based on buyer feedback.
- Maintain design libraries and embroidery file records.
- Ensure all embroidery designs meet customer quality standards and production requirements.
- Stay updated with international embroidery trends, techniques, and innovations.
Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent.
- Relevant certification in embroidery digitizing is preferred.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in computerized embroidery design and digitizing.
- Experience in home textiles, furnishings, apparel, or export industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
