Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Home Loan Customer Executive to assist customers throughout the home loan process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, collecting documents, coordinating with banks, and ensuring a smooth loan application experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with home loan inquiries and eligibility.
- Guide customers through the home loan application process.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Ensure timely loan disbursement by coordinating with internal and external teams.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or loan processing is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of home loans and banking products.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
- Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
