Job Description – Customer Support Executive
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and basic computer knowledge. Candidates should maintain accurate customer records, coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution, and ensure a positive customer experience.
