- 2–3 real apps in portfolio
- Proficiency in Dart is non-negotiable, including async/await, Futures, Streams, and null safety.
- Deep understanding of widgets, widget lifecycle, and layout building.
- Familiarity with tools like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX to manage app state efficiently
- RESTful APIs, WebSockets and secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT).
- Responsive design, animations, Material/Cupertino widgets, and accessibility.
- Writing unit, widget, and integration tests; using Flutter DevTools and crash reporting tools.
- Understanding Firebase, or cloud-based databases.
- Debugging complex issues and optimizing performance.
- Collaborating with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders.
