Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients with a positive and professional approach.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a smooth patient flow.
- Handle incoming calls, patient inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants, and clinic staff for daily operations.
- Maintain patient records, registration details, and necessary documentation.
- Manage billing coordination, payments, and basic cash handling as required.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and feedback.
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the reception area.
- Handle emails, reports, and basic administrative work.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience preferred.
- Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in healthcare/hospital/dental industry is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to multitask and manage patient queries efficiently.
- Professional appearance and customer service-oriented attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
