We’re looking for a Technical Design Assistant with a background in product or mechanical engineering, who thrives on precision and clarity. If you’re passionate about translating design intent into build-ready documentation, and you bring a deep understanding of materials, processes, and structural integrity, this is the job for you.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and space planners to bring concepts to execution
- Develop 3D models & shop drawings for various products including signage systems
- Create and review detailed technical drawings, specifications and documentation
- Ensure structural feasibility and compliance across all technical outputs
- Maintain and update technical libraries and documentation systems
Who You Are:
- A product/mechanical engineer with 2+ years of experience
- Proficient in technical software, tools & standards
- Knowledgeable about materials, specifications, fabrication methods & tolerances
- Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally with creative & production teams
- Curious, rigorous, and solution-oriented
