Cadabams Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to drive patient and client acquisition through inbound and outbound sales activities. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective clients, understand their healthcare requirements, educate them about Cadabams' services, and convert enquiries into successful appointments and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online enquiries from prospective clients.
- Understand the client's mental health, rehabilitation, child development, or wellness requirements and recommend appropriate services.
- Schedule appointments with psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, counsellors, or other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate lead information and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with clinical, operations, and admissions teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Explain service offerings, treatment programs, consultation processes, pricing, and available packages.
- Build strong relationships with clients through empathetic and professional communication.
- Handle customer objections effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with the reporting manager.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with organizational policies related to patient information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Psychology, or any related discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Relationship Management, Healthcare Sales, Hospital Sales, Education Counselling, or Service Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-centric approach with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare, rehabilitation centres, mental healthcare, diagnostics, wellness services, insurance, education counselling, or service-based industries.
- Prior experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems.
