Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and professional Spa Therapist to provide high-quality spa and wellness treatments to our guests. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of massage therapies, excellent guest-handling skills, and a passion for wellness and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform various massage, spa, and wellness treatments as per guest requirements and resort standards.
- Conduct guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
- Provide a professional, personalized, and relaxing experience to guests.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas are clean and properly prepared.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and after-care instructions to guests.
- Handle guest queries and feedback professionally.
- Maintain treatment records and guest preferences.
- Ensure proper handling and usage of spa products and equipment.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with the Spa team and other departments for smooth guest service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a reputed hotel, resort, spa, wellness centre, or similar establishment.
- Certification/Diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Ayurveda, or a related field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of various massage and wellness therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming and etiquette.
- Strong guest-service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred
- Experience in a luxury hotel or wellness resort is preferred.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic and wellness therapies will be an added advantage.
- Strong ability to provide personalized guest experiences.
- Good team-working and communication skills.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
