About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to finance and accounting functions while working on real-time business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare, maintain, and update financial records and reports.
- Support invoice processing, billing, payment tracking, and expense management.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain transaction records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Record journal entries and support month-end closing activities.
- Help prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Verify financial documents and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related activities.
- Organize and maintain financial files and documentation.
- Assist with audits and other finance-related projects as assigned.
Eligibility
- B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com, MBA (Finance), or an equivalent qualification.
- Final-year students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
