Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs.Communication & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external visitors. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.Expense Tracking: Assist with basic bookkeeping, process invoices, and monitor office budgets.
