AISTRATA is seeking a creative AI Agent Developer to design and build next-generation autonomous systems and conversational AI solutions for our clients.

Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js

Hands-on experience with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs such as Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT, or similar.

Strong understanding of prompt engineering and conversational design principles.

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with agentic frameworks and concepts (e.g., LangChain, autonomous agents).

Ability to design and implement complex, multi-step AI workflows.

Experience with cloud platforms like Google Cloud or AWS.

Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma).

Experience with fine-tuning language models.

Understanding of data security best practices in AI applications.

Graduation Preference: Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.

Personality/Communication requirements: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
