**Job Title:** Purchase Head **Location:** Gurgaon **CTC:** ₹15 – ₹18 LPA **Employment Type:** Full-Time ### Job Summary We are hiring an experienced **Purchase Head** to lead procurement operations and ensure cost-effective sourcing, vendor management, and uninterrupted supply of raw materials and packaging. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and proven experience in the QSR/Food & Beverage industry. ### Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement procurement strategies. * Manage sourcing of raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational requirements. * Build and maintain strong vendor relationships. * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms. * Ensure timely procurement to support production and business operations. * Drive cost optimization without compromising quality. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and supply chain teams. * Ensure compliance with procurement policies and food safety standards. ### Candidate Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commerce, or a related field. * 8–15 years of relevant procurement experience. * Strong expertise in vendor development, strategic sourcing, negotiation, and inventory planning. * Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. * Experience with ERP/SAP is preferred. ### Mandatory Industry Background Candidates must currently be working with one of the following organizations: * Haldiram's * Jubilant FoodWorks * Bikanervala * Bikaji * Devyani International **Salary:** ₹15 – ₹18 LPA Interested candidates can apply through Indeed with their updated resume.
