KEY RESPONSIBILITY/ ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Quality assurance & Quality control
1.1. In QA&QC for furniture, your main responsibility are to ensure quality standards are followed, perform inspections and identity and correct defects, so that products are og high quality and meet customer expectations.
1.2. Ensure that all materials and processes used in the furniture manufacturing process conform to the prescribed quality standards.
1.3. Perform inspection at various stages of production, such as checking materials, monitoring the manufacturing process and checking the quality of the final product.1.4. Identify any defects or anomalies in the product and take immediate action, take necessary steps to correct the defects or resolve issues.1.5. Prepare QC Report on inspection.
2. Coordination with vendors
2.1 Taking status daily follow up all the PO from vendors.
2.2 Working with new vendors to understand their work and then sharing your experience to make the process easier.
2.3 Implementing and maintaining a comprehensive quality control policy, including QC1 checks on raw materials, monitoring work-in-progress (WIP), and overseeing QC3 activities at the factories.
2.4 Conducting thorough inspections of product installations at factories before dispatch to ensure quality standards.
2.5 Verifying accurate nomenclature on packets to maintain consistency and clarity.
2.6 Proactively identifying and resolving design challenges that arise during production activities.
2.7 Ensuring high-quality standards by closely monitoring product finishes, assemblies, hardware quality, and packaging standards.
3. Coordination with D&D Team
3.1 Effectively coordinating between the department related to drawings because production can be done without failure.
3.2 Informing your senior about the status of all PO.
3.3 Coordinate with the fitter provided product information to ensure easily installation.
3.4 Making daily reports and upload Roster or CRM.
4. Coordination with warehouse
4.1 Inform the warehouse after do the qc for ready to dispatch.
4.2 If material needs to be dispatch from a vendor to the warehouse, then inform the warehouse.
5. CRM
5.1 Make QC report of all PO and uploading it to CRM.
5.2 Upload local expenses at ZOHO CRM.
6. Any additional responsibility assigned by reporting manager.
6.1 If the project has to be completed on time, then for that we have to work as a site supervisor in Indore or outside Indore.
Pay: ₹20,078.53 - ₹35,523.82 per month
