About This Role As Client Servicing Manager, you will be the primary relationship owner for our clients. You will ensure they get exceptional value from our services, feel heard, and grow their retainer with us over time. You will work closely with the delivery team and co-founders to keep clients happy, retain them, and grow account revenue. This is not a support role. This is a growth role. You own the relationship and the number. What You Will Do Client Relationship Management • Be the single point of contact for all assigned clients • Own weekly/fortnightly client calls — present reports, share insights, take feedback • Ensure clients feel informed, valued, and confident in our work • Manage client expectations proactively — no surprises Account Growth & Upselling • Identify upsell opportunities — Google Ads, GEO, Social Media — to existing clients • Prepare and present upsell proposals in coordination with the delivery team • Work towards increasing the average retainer value of each account • Own account revenue targets — not just satisfaction scores Reporting & Communication • Prepare and share monthly performance reports for each client • Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Social teams to compile reports • Ensure all client deliverables are submitted on time and at quality • Maintain a clear communication log for all client interactions Retention & Renewal • Track contract renewal dates and initiate conversations 60 days in advance • Identify at-risk clients early and escalate internally before churn happens • Achieve 90%+ client retention rate as a core KPI What We Are Looking For Must Have • 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing role at a digital marketing agency • Strong communication skills — written and verbal — in English and Hindi • Good understanding of SEO, Paid Ads, and Social Media services • Ability to read and interpret basic performance reports (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) • Organised, proactive, comfortable owning multiple client relationships simultaneously • Based in Mohali / Chandigarh / Panchkula or willing to relocate Good to Have • Experience with the education sector or healthcare clients • Prior exposure to GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) or AI search • Experience using CRM or project management tools (Notion, Asana, Monday.com)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
