AF Technologies Web is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of their concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet individual and team performance targets for customer satisfaction and response time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
