We are looking for a Senior Telesales Executive to handle B2B sales enquiries for electronics products.
The candidate will speak with dealers, distributors, resellers, and business customers, understand their requirements, explain product details, and convert enquiries into sales.
The role requires good communication, regular follow-up, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle B2B sales enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online channels.
- Speak with dealers, distributors, resellers, and business customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, schemes, margins, and stock availability.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into orders.
- Share quotations, catalogues, and other sales documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock, payment, and dispatch updates.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM or Excel.
- Build good relationships with B2B customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, B2B sales, or channel sales.
- Experience in electronics, appliances, electricals, or consumer durable products preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to speak professionally with B2B customers.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in dealer or distributor sales.
- Ability to handle bulk order enquiries.
- Basic knowledge of pricing, margins, and channel sales process.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
