About the Role
Innovera School is seeking a passionate and proficient English Teacher for Middle School. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over the English language, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage students through innovative and interactive teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for Middle School students.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and comprehension skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication among students.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and maintain academic records.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school functions, and academic activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience.
Qualifications
- B.A. (English preferred)
- B.Ed. / D.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Experience teaching Middle School students preferred.
- CBSE school experience will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Strong grammar and language proficiency.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Ability to make learning interactive and student-centered.
- Good knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
