About the Role
Vivalicious International Foods is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to
drive business growth in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) segment in Bangalore.
The ideal candidate should have prior field sales experience and a strong understanding of
institutional food sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business within the HORECA segment across Bangalore.
- Generate new business by onboarding hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, caterers,
and institutional clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify new sales opportunities and strengthen client
relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Present products, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer
satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of field sales experience (mandatory).
- Experience in HORECA sales is mandatory.
- Experience in frozen food sales is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
