Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Group Accountant – Shared Services to manage accounting operations across multiple legal entities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manufacturing accounting, inventory and COGS accounting, intercompany transactions, multi-currency accounting, and UAE VAT compliance. The role requires excellent analytical skills, advanced MS Excel knowledge, and hands-on ERP experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and financial records for multiple legal entities.
- Handle inventory accounting and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure accurate multi-currency accounting.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports in accordance with accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and related reporting requirements.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors when required.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using ERP software.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–15 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing books across multiple legal entities.
- Hands-on experience in Inventory & COGS Accounting within a manufacturing company.
- Strong understanding of Intercompany Accounting and Multi-Currency Accounting.
- Practical experience with UAE VAT.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory is mandatory
- ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA (completed or significantly progressed) is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
