Job Summary
Antontech Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Process Associate – AP/AR to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accurate financial transactions, timely invoice processing, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable (AP)
- Process and verify vendor invoices accurately.
- Ensure timely vendor payments.
- Reconcile AP transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Generate and issue customer invoices.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Process customer payments and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare AR reports for management.
Client Management
- Respond to client queries regarding invoices and payments.
- Resolve billing issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP or accounting software is an added advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
