Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers select products and answer their queries.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for all guests.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and escalate when necessary.
Sales & Cash Handling
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Promote products, offers, and souvenir items to increase sales.
Merchandise Management
- Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing inventory.
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and neatly.
Store Maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail outlet.
- Ensure shelves, counters, and display areas are presentable at all times.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards within the store.
- Assist in opening and closing store procedures.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
