Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the CEO and senior executives.

Manage office operations, correspondence, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate onboarding, employee records, and exit formalities with the HR team.

Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.

Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping.

Organise meetings and events, and maintain accurate records while handling confidential information.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Experience in Executive Assistance, Office Administration, or a similar role.

Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office and calendar management tools.

Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.

Experience with office administration, vendor management, and basic bookkeeping.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
