Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Associate with 1–2 years of experience to support our recruitment function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate documentation and pre-joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding activities.
- Support other HR activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
