Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Management: Run targeted campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) to attract potential investors or borrowers and manage these leads via a CRM.
- Content Creation: Draft financial articles, newsletters, and social media posts explaining complex topics (e.g., mutual funds, loans, insurance) in simple terms.
- SEO & Website Management: Optimize the company website to rank higher in local search results and manage regular updates.
- Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Design automated campaigns for client onboarding, festival offers, and regular portfolio updates.
Back Office & Operations Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & KYC: Verify client documents, process application forms, and ensure strict adherence to financial regulations (e.g., SEBI or RBI guidelines).
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate databases of client investments, generate daily/weekly portfolio reports, and handle MIS (Management Information Systems) tasks.
- Customer Support: Resolve client queries regarding account discrepancies, transaction status, or product details via email and phone.
- Vendor & Compliance Coordination: Assist in processing vendor payments, managing office supplies, and preparing documents for internal/external audits.
Key Skills Required
- Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial products (wealth management, loans, insurance) and local regulatory compliances.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and financial back-office software.
