Job Summary:-
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in an e-commerce environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring timely order processing, maintaining inventory accuracy, and achieving operational targets while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Monitor team performance and ensure daily productivity targets are achieved.
- Allocate tasks and manage workforce scheduling effectively.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners for timely dispatch of orders.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Train and guide warehouse associates on SOPs and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or logistics.
- Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

- Compliance with safety and operational SOPs.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Preferred Industry: E-commerce, Logistics, 3PL, Retail Warehousing.
Delhi NCR-based candidates preferred. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Mumbai and Bengaluru.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
