We are looking for an experienced 5 to 8 years in IPDRG QA / Team Lead to join our growing healthcare operations team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Inpatient DRG coding, quality auditing, and team leadership while ensuring compliance with ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRG methodologies, and client quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality audits of Inpatient DRG coding with a high level of accuracy.
Review and validate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, MS-DRG assignment, POA indicators, HACs, and CC/MCC capture.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹1,784,715.08 per month
