Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Introduce seasonal items and innovative dishes to enhance customer experience
- Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff
- Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours
- Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and manage food costs effectively
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for quality ingredients
- Work closely with management on promotions, menu pricing, and new offerings
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef in a café or casual dining setup
- Strong knowledge of café cuisine
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Leadership and team management skills
- Creativity in menu development and plating
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Good organizational and time management abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
