Designation: Electrician
Department: Production / Service
Job Purpose:
Responsible for electrical wiring, panel assembly, machine installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth machine operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical wiring and panel assembly for machines
- Read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Install electrical components such as motors, sensors, drives, relays, MCBs, and PLC connections
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine electrical issues
- Conduct machine testing before dispatch
- Support machine installation and commissioning at customer sites
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Ensure electrical safety standards are followed
- Maintain service and maintenance records
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Service teams
Qualification:
- ITI Electrician / Diploma Electrical
Experience:
- 1–5 years (Machine Manufacturing Industry preferred)
Skills Required:
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Panel wiring
- Electrical drawing reading
- Machine maintenance
- Basic PLC understanding
- Communication and teamwork
Preferred:
- Experience in industrial machinery or automation field
- Willingness to travel for machine installation/service work
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
