Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
* Take food orders accurately over the phone.
* Confirm customer details, address, and order.
* Inform customers about offers, promotions, and new items.
* Follow up on enquiries and pending orders.
* Coordinate with the kitchen, cashier, and delivery team.
* Handle customer complaints politely and professionally.
* Maintain daily call and order records.
* Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
