We are looking for energetic and confident Marketing & Sales Executives who are passionate about networking, business development, and the entertainment industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit production houses, advertising agencies, casting agencies, creative agencies, photographers, event companies, and corporate clients to promote Sitara Talent.
- Build strong relationships with industry professionals and decision-makers.
- Recruit and onboard talented models, actors, influencers, and artists to our agency.
- Generate new business opportunities and client partnerships.
- Promote the agency's talent portfolio and services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Achieve monthly business development and talent acquisition targets.
- Maintain records of client meetings, leads, and daily activities.
- Represent Sitara Talent professionally during meetings and networking events.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Field Sales, or Client Relationship Management is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and self-motivated personality.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for client meetings.
- Passion for the media, advertising, film, fashion, or entertainment industry.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
Preferred
- Candidates who own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler will be preferred, as the role involves regular field visits.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.

Salary
₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance (if applicable).
