Job Summary
Vinorise Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruitment Interns to supporthiring and talent acquisition activities across the company's product lines — PG-Hub India and Resorts Villas.This role offers hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and HR operations in a fast paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through platforms such as Internshala, LinkedIn, Apna, and other job portals. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates. Conduct follow-up calls and maintain candidate communication. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines. Coordinate with HR and marketing teams on hiring priorities. Maintain recruitment reports and hiring records. Support onboarding and basic team management activities.
Eligibility
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with calling and coordinating with candidates.
Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Internshala, or similar job portals is a plus.
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a startup environment.
