Role Summary
The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating business leads, explaining company services, arranging meetings for the sales team, and maintaining regular client follow-ups.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Introduce Digital Marketing and IT services to customers
- Understand customer requirements and arrange appointments
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team
- Maintain proper follow-up and call records
- Coordinate with sales executives for meetings and presentations
- Participate in joined client visits when required
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Freshers and experienced both can apply
Preferred Skills
- Tele calling or sales experience
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing industry will be an added advantage
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Team coordination ability
Compensation
- Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives (if applicable)
Joining Requirement
Immediate joining preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
