We are looking for energetic, curious, and execution-oriented individuals who are eager to build a career in Sales and Marketing Consulting. The candidate will as a part of the Consulting team on live business projects and contribute across research, analysis, fieldwork, presentation creation, and business development initiatives.
Note on Onboarding: Candidates join as a Project Intern for the first 6 months. Upon satisfactory performance review, they are confirmed as a full-time Project Associate
Key Responsibilities A) Project Coordination & Consulting Support 1. Conduct Secondary Research across industries, competitors, and markets 2. Analyze business and Derive insights using MS Excel and other tools 3. Develop Project collaterals (Meeting Notes, One-pagers, Excel Reports, Training Collaterals)
B) Business Development: Drive Business Development initiatives through various means
Desired Skills & Attributes Excellent Communication (written, spoken, presentation skills in English) Also, in Hindi (A south Indian language will be an added advantage) Excellent Presentation skills in English + Indian Languages Very good at MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word Analytical thinking and Observation skills Strong ownership, Deadline driven and hunger to learn
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
