Job Summary
- Role: Production/Supply Chain Coordinator (Printing Industry)Purpose: To prevent production delays, stockouts, and shipping errors by coordinating raw materials, production schedules, and finished goods logistics
Key Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling & Planning: Coordinate, update, and manage the printing production schedule based on sales orders, machine capacity, and raw material availability.
- Inventory & Material Management: Monitor inventory levels of paper, ink, and finishing materials; place purchase orders (POs) and ensure adequate stock for scheduled jobs.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to track incoming raw materials, manage vendor relationships, and address issues with shortages or quality.
- Job Tracking: Track production all steps in coordination with the Press—pre-press, press, finishing/bindery—ensuring timelines are met.
- System Maintenance: Utilize ERP systems to track inventory records, update job status, and process purchase orders.
- Problem Solving & Communication: Actively resolve bottlenecks (e.g., machine downtime, missing materials) and proactively communicate schedule changes to sales or customers.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Printing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in a supply chain, print coordination, or production role, preferably in printing.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with printing processes, paper stock, or prepress requirements is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate to advanced MS Excel.

- Excellent Communication: Ability to collaborate with diverse teams (sales, press operators, external vendors).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
