We are looking for a detail-oriented Operation Executive to manage day-to-day coordination of import-export documentation, email communication, dispatch coordination, and internal operations support in an API pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities: Import & Export Coordination:
- Handle complete import/export documentation process
- Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agent), freight forwarders, and logistics partners
- Prepare and verify documents like:
- Invoice
- Packing List
- COA (Certificate of Analysis)
- Shipping Bill / Bill of Entry
- Track shipment status and update management
Email & Communication Handling:
- Manage official email communication with clients, suppliers, and vendors
- Respond to inquiries regarding orders, dispatch, and documentation
- Maintain proper email records and follow-ups
Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and purchase departments
- Ensure timely dispatch of goods as per schedule
- Maintain daily operational reports
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of import/export files
- Update Excel sheets and ERP system (if applicable)
- Prepare MIS reports for management
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of import-export procedures (preferably pharma/API industry)
- Good communication skills (email handling is important)
- Knowledge of MS Excel & documentation work
- Ability to coordinate between departments
Experience -Minimum 6 Months - Maximum 1.5 years of experience in Api pharma company
Nsp Location - Must be near about it
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
