Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Identify prospects and manage lead nurturing activities
- Communicate with international clients and C-level executives
- Manage client follow-ups, outreach, and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project conversion
- Achieve lead generation and revenue targets
- Maintain strong client relationships and regular CRM updates
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in business development within the IT/software industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
