Job Summary
Adeeva Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and be proficient in Tally and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
