Job Title: Field Sales Executive (GeM e-Marketplace)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, meeting clients, promoting company products/services, and supporting GeM-related sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and develop business opportunities through GeM and other channels.
- Visit government departments and potential clients to promote products/services.
- Assist in GeM bid participation, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of sales or field marketing experience (GeM experience preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of GeM portal operations.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Salary: As per industry standards + incentives based on performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
