Job Summary
FARMKING is hiring a Content Creator to develop product-focused videos, reels, social media posts, captions, thumbnails, short scripts and WhatsApp-ready marketing content.
The role involves product shooting, video editing, content planning, approved social media posting and coordination with internal departments to ensure accurate and professional product communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit product videos, reels, machine walkarounds and demonstration clips.
- Create captions, hooks, short scripts, thumbnails and social media creatives.
- Convert technical product features into simple and engaging content for farmers, dealers and distributors.
- Create and publish approved content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp.
- Maintain the content calendar, posting records and organised content files.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Design, Production and Management for product accuracy and content approval.
- Monitor basic social media engagement and forward relevant inquiries to the concerned department.
- Support factory shoots, product demonstrations, exhibitions and dealer events when required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in content creation, video editing, social media content or product videography.
- Ability to independently shoot and edit reels, product videos and short-form content.
- Proficiency in Canva and at least one video-editing tool such as CapCut, VN, InShot, Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software.
- Basic product photography, caption writing, hook writing and short-script writing skills.
- Hindi and Hinglish content-writing ability; basic professional English preferred.
- Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp and digital file-management tools.
- Strong attention to visual quality, product accuracy, deadlines and content organisation.
Experience in agricultural machinery, manufacturing, automobiles, industrial equipment or another product-based business will be preferred.
Qualification
Graduation in any discipline will be preferred.
Certification or training in content creation, video editing, digital marketing, graphic design, photography, videography, media or advertising will be an added advantage.
Practical skills and quality of previous work will be given greater importance than academic specialisation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual CTC: ₹1.80–₹2.64 LPA
- Final CTC will be based on relevant experience, content-creation skills, previous work quality and interview assessment
- PF and ESI as per statutory applicability and eligibility
