We are Hiring Business Development Executives (BDE)
KLM Assets Fin is hiring experienced Business Development Executives (BDE) to our Adimali and Rajakumari branch at Idukki. The candidates having 1+ years of experience in NBFC/Chits and responsible for generating new business for chit schemes, acquiring new subscribers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. The role involves field marketing, customer meetings, and promoting chit fund schemes to individuals and businesses.
Candidates from Adimali, Rajakumari, and nearby areas are preferred. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to enroll in chit schemes
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Identify new market opportunities and potential areas for business growth
- Coordinate with customers for timely payment of monthly installments
- Address customer queries and resolve issues related to chit schemes promptly
- Submit daily sales and field visit reports to the Branch Manager
