We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
* Reach out to potential clients, property owners, business partners, and stakeholders through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Assist in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
* Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
* Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
* Follow up with leads and assist in converting prospects into customers.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to execute business growth campaigns.
* Prepare weekly reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related fields.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
* Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development processes.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online research tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
* Interest in real estate, hospitality, startups, or technology sectors.
