Core Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new B2B clients like clinics, hospitals, and corporate accounts.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong partnerships with doctors, path labs, and healthcare professionals to secure regular test referrals.
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for diagnostic packages.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, service offerings, and marketing strategies to identify new growth trends.
- Brand Awareness: Organize medical camps, health awareness drives, and doctor-engagement activities to boost local brand visibility.
- Feedback Collection: Gather inputs from healthcare providers to help the lab improve reporting turnaround time and service quality.
- Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, client visit logs, and pipeline forecasts for the Marketing management team.
Required Skill Set
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology, diagnostic tests, and healthcare industry compliance.
- Communication: Persuasive negotiation and presentation skills tailored for medical professionals.
- Territory Management: Ability to efficiently map, plan, and cover assigned geographic sectors.
Pay: ₹9,852.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month
