Job Summary
The Sales Channel Partner Executive is responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing, and supporting channel partners to achieve business objectives. The role involves building strong partner relationships, driving revenue through the partner network, conducting product training, and ensuring high levels of partner engagement and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and resellers.
Achieve assigned sales targets through channel partners.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and partner training sessions.
Support partners in lead generation and customer acquisition.
Monitor partner sales performance and develop action plans for improvement.
Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and partner events.
Assist partners in resolving customer issues and escalating concerns when necessary.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and partner performance analyses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and business processes.
Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, finance, and technical support to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in channel sales, B2B sales, or partner sales.
Experience in industries such as IT, telecom, Consumer electronics, industrial products, or manufacturing is preferred.
