We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for jewellery, and the ability to understand customer needs while delivering a premium shopping experience.
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budget
- Showcase jewellery collections and explain product features, designs, quality, and pricing
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery for occasions like weddings, festivals, and gifting
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
- Handle sales transactions, billing coordination, and customer queries
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and new collections
- Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude
- Presentable and confident personality
- Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or premium sales preferred
- Basic understanding of jewellery products (gold, diamond, gemstones) is an advantage
