About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who has hands-on experience working with a recruitment, staffing, search or executive search firm.
This is a highly execution-oriented role. You will work closely with the Founder and the existing team to manage client hiring assignments, build candidate pipelines, engage with candidates, coordinate interviews and drive positions through offer and joining.
The right candidate should be able to take ownership of assigned requirements and execute with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
· Understand client requirements, JDs, hiring priorities and candidate expectations.
· Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, networking and other channels.
· Screen candidates through calls and assess their suitability against role requirements.
· Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for assigned positions.
· Submit relevant candidates within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
· Manage candidate and client follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
· Drive candidates through the recruitment funnel until offer and joining.
· Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records and pipeline updates.
· Manage multiple vacancies and client requirements simultaneously.
· Develop a strong understanding of candidate availability, compensation trends and market conditions.
· Identify new sourcing channels and build talent pools for recurring requirements.
· Maintain a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
· Communicate effectively with candidates and, when required, clients.
· Support recruitment-related business development activities when required.
· Contribute ideas to improve RG's recruitment processes, sourcing strategy and delivery model.
What We Are Looking For
· 2+ years of recruitment experience.
· Mandatory experience with a recruitment/staffing/search/recruiting firm.
· Strong hands-on experience in sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
· Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
· Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
· Comfortable using LinkedIn and recruitment/job portals.
· Strong communication, follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
· Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned requirements.
· Strong execution orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working across multiple industries, functions or client organizations will be preferred.
