Job description
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Learning & Development / Training Operations / HR Support
- Basic working knowledge of Workday Learning or any Learning Management System (LMS)
- Unde rstanding of compliance and mandatory training requirements to support BAU operations
- Good coordination skills to work with trainers, business stakeholders, and associates
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and proactively communicate risks or challenges
- Coordinate end‑to‑end training activities to support compliance and business‑as‑usual (BAU) requirements
